In the year 2000, I, Svetlana Kouzmova founded A&SK Bookkeeping. The Company is located in Brandon, Florida. I am the Company’s Chief Financial Officer/Director of Operations. We are a National full-service remote accounting firm. Our clients range in the hundreds located across the United States and their number continues to grow.
My firm provides basic accounting services to individuals and small businesses with emphasis on English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. Other nationalities we have as clients are Armenian, Greek, Spanish, Georgian, Mongolian, Belarusian, Turkish, Serbian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Latvian, Pakistani, and Israeli.
Several industries we provide services to are IT networking, appliances repair, air-conditioning and heating, interstate trucking, food, pharmacy, medical supplies, gasoline stations and convenient store to name a few. Our Company’s clients range in sales volume from $300,000 to $ 2.5 million.
Our Company’s main objective is to provide our clients with a full range of accounting services to enable them to operate their business in the most efficient manner by maximizing their profitability and reducing their tax liability to the minimum amount allowed under the law.
We consult in strategic business planning, budgeting, financial/cost analysis and cash flow forecasting in addition to our income tax preparation business. We also assist small businesses in preparing a business plan and completing loan applications for banks, State and Federal government programs.
In order to accommodate the increased client demand, I brought my son, Taras Kuzmov into the business as a vested partner to enable us to provide the full range of accounting services our clients demanded. Taras who speaks several languages and has done business in 15 foreign countries, has extensive international business operations experience. Hence, we formed ASK Business Solutions, LLC and merged it with A&SK Bookkeeping. Along with his daily accounting activities, Taras also serves as Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing.

We save our clients considerable amounts of accounting fees by handling all their accounting needs that do not require the expertise of a CPA firm. Fee Structure: Our fee structure is simple: We can arrange a flat monthly fee, or charge you by the hour.
